The Joint Veterans Council of Lakewood and Rocky River will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony at Lakewood Park Cemetery, 22025 Detroit Rd., Rocky River, to honor our fallen heroes.  Our guest speaker will be Vincent S. Capka. The Rocky River High School Marching Band, several local scout troops and community representatives will also participate in the morning's tribute.
