New Knoxville Independence Day Celebration

The New Knoxville Community Park Association is a non-profit organization that promotes and supports park improvements through an annual membership drive, Independence Day festival.

Schedule:

10am-9 pm : Kids Inflatables /Cake Wheel

10 am :  Little Miss Firecracker Pageant

11 am :  Food + Beverages / Food Tent + Trucks / Beer Tent – OPEN

NK vs NB Little League Softball (3rd & 4th Grades)

12 pm :  Golf Cart Parade
Raffles: Prizes and 50/50 (@ Shelter House)

12-3 pm : Facepainting

1 pm :  NK Red vs NK White Little League Baseball (3rd & 4th Grades)
Cornhole Tournament

1-3 pm : Touch a Truck

2 pm-12 am : Tips

2 pm : Fire Department Demonstration (New Knoxville Fire Department)

3 pm : New Knoxville Little League Softball (5th & 6th Grades)

3-5 pm : Happy Hour – Beer Tent

4-6 pm : BBQ Chicken Dinners (Dine @ Park or Hoge Street pick up)

5 pm :  New Knoxville Little League Baseball (5th & 6th Grades)

5-7 pm : Facepainting

8 pm-12 am : Live Music – Shifferly Road Band

9:30 pm : 5K “Fly Me to the Moon : TOP RUN” Run/Walk (@ Neil Armstrong Airport)
