This is a great place to spend some time with your kids. I feel it's like a hidden gem of Dayton because I never hear people talking about it, but it's awesome. In the nature center there is lots to look at and activities for kids. They also have live turtles, snakes, and fish in the nature center. Also a bird watching room many other themed classrooms open to wonder around. Outside the nature center are walking trails. My 3 year old daughter was in heaven when we found fairy houses along one of the trails outside. Also, one of the trails (or you could drive) lead to a real farm. This is all included in one ticket price. While we were there in spring, there were lots of baby farm animals. It was great, you are free to just wonder around and look in the different barns. We saw horses, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks. There was also an outdoor play area for kids, with a tractor and kid sized wheelbarrows for them to play with. We will definitely be back to visit again. We spent probably 2 hours at the nature center/ trails and about and hour at the farm.
