About Us:

Frank and Mary Jan were married in 1983, and began planting trees that year. As the family grew over the years, so did the farm. Frank and Mary Jan have three children: Charles, Matthew and Amy. They helped to expand and improve the tree farm over the years and continue to help out during the Holiday season.

It is our goal to raise high quality farm fresh Christmas trees and create an enjoyable experience for families visiting us.

Currently over 35 acres are planted in evergreens. Harvest your own tree sales began in 1990 and landscaping tree sales were added in 1996. Each year, it is our goal to improve the family experience and have thousands of beautiful trees to choose from. The best compliment families share with us is "There were so many perfect trees to choose from!"

Frank and Mary Jan Perdulla are members of the Ohio Christmas Tree Association and the Northeast Ohio Christmas Tree Association. Keeping up on changes in the tree industry and maintaining a clean and healthy farm requires a lot of dedicated hard work.

Each year a wooden dollar is given out with each tree purchase. A wooden dollar is a wooden coin, two inches in diameter. A local or historical theme is chosen for every year. This year the wooden dollar will feature the 100th Anniversary of the Farm and Dairy Newspaper. The Farm and Dairy is a family-owned company; committed to news, auction information, farm classifieds, and advertising - both in print and online. The newspaper serves rural communities of Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia providing information to the agricultural community.

As customers from Ohio and Pennsylvania return each year to the tree farm, they can redeem their wooden dollar for one dollar off their tree purchase. Many customers choose to save the wooden coin as part of their memorable experience to the tree farm and often use as an ornament.
