About Us:
The Brickoven Brewpub is a brewpub and pizzeria that focuses on small batch, high quality handmade products.
All of the The Brickoven Brewpub's ale and lager production and aging will be onsite and produced from our exclusive recipes on a daily basis. Our brewpub will offer 4 in-house produced beers as our base menu to start with the possibility of expanding that menu based on individual beer offerings popularity and/or customer requests. In addition we will be rotating seasonal offerings of beer and cider.
The Brick Oven Brew Pub will also offer handmade pizzas baked in our wood burning brick oven. Our pizzas are made from our own dough recipes made daily, in-house made sausages, salamis and cured meats, imported and locally produced cheeses, locally grown produce when in season, and in-house made sauces from basic tomato to those with southern US and Asian influences.
